Pollack called Dan Lanning and had a back and forth over the B1G/SEC debate....

Starts from the top. Thought he and Brent Rollins make some good points. Especially about some of the talent on the bad SEC teams compared to the B1G.

Pollack has always been well respected. Lanning was out of line but that’s what coaches do to generate attention

Lanning was spot on.

Going to a 9 game conference schedule was stupid.

Going by the analytics, any team from the SEC will become 17% less likely to win a Natty.

Lanning's talk is just gamesmanship. It really isn't worth spending brain power worrying about it except for entertainment purposes.
