You guys played a hell of a game and made the big plays when they mattered most.
If there is a tiny silver lining, it's that there were some Notre Dame fans that I ran into during halftime who said they were cheering for Alabama, as an Oklahoma win would make it harder for them to get into the playoffs.
So if this OU win somehow bumps ND out of the playoffs then I guess it wasn't a TOTAL loss.
Regardless - great game. Maybe we'll meet again in the playoffs.

Not that it matters, because the playoff committee slobs on ND's knob every year, but it was a good sign that both the AP and Coaches moved OU above them in their rankings.

Sometimes it helps but the network daddies have the finally say. Just don’t be surprised if ND stays above us even IF we win out.
