I think the LSUhoops game may have been more painful, since it appears to have taken place on the Tigers’ home court.

SCar was on the road yesterday.

That said, hold our beer ….

In the September 3, 2017, college football season opener at the Rose Bowl, Texas A&M built a 44-10 lead over UCLA in the third quarter—a 34-point advantage. UCLA then mounted a stunning comeback, scoring 35 unanswered points to win 45-44 on a last-second touchdown pass from Josh Rosen to Jordan Lasley. This remains one of the largest comebacks in FBS history.

I suspect that the Drum Major of the FTAB has spent many a night wishing that he had not handed his mace down to the sidelines that day.

We erased that stain yesterday.

Yes the first half was terrible. But we came out at halftime, totally shut them down and won.

And I am very proud that nobody left the game.

Watching that game on TV (before the collapse), I was cringing at Williams' behavior on the sidelines.

As my dad told me when I started playing organized ball: "Act like you've been there before."

Yeah, well, only Dale Brown could blow a lead as LSU did that night.

I think the only fanbase that could truly understand how we as a fanbase feels as a whole would possibly be Vandy.

We are a historical .500 team with zero SEC championships. Kentucky even has a couple.

Even then, we’ve spent more money than Vandy without getting proportionally better results.

So where the hell do we even go from here?

Until SC has a Natty, you DON'T know how we feel.

We could jump off the top deck of Willy-B. It might be less painful...

At this point, I’m ready for the team to try the annoying offense route.

Something super niche and annoying to piss off opponents and be good for a 5-8 win season.

Maybe a 100% true wildcat offense, no Qb on the roster. Get truly stupid with it. Simplify the blocking schemes with our O line.

No QB on scholarship.
No QB position in the playbook.

Amorphous, positionless ball handling. Every snap a different look or variation in the backfield.

All ball-handling goes to:
RBs
WRs
Hybrid slot backs
TE/H-back hybrids

Get stupid & annoying, have fun with it.

We can’t seem to compete for 4 quarters trying the traditional pro-style offense.
