I think he's always been the same coordinator, but the personnel have changed and improved.

All of the plays that he runs and we hate are setting up something … maybe even in future games.

The long pass off of the fake screen last week was an example.

All year I’ve been bitching about the 4th and short where everyone in the stadium knows we aren’t going for it and trying to draw the other team offsides. Then last night we actually pull the trigger on a crucial play and convert. Who the hell saw that coming?

Well played sir…..well played.

I’ll admit, he looked like Monken yesterday. Hope Bad Bobo is a thing of the past.

Can't believe the off and on hate Bobo has received from the uga football intelligentsia. Bobo is a very good oc - maybe not elite, maybe not innovative, but very good. Plus he has UGA bloodline, married UGA royalty and his kid is the lynchpin of our OL. Kirby is our best coach ever, has us in the golden age of UGA football, and not only is Bobo his 'brother' but obviously Kirby believes in him as OC. PLUS besides his pure ability as an OC Bobo is great about coordinating 'complementary football' which is what makes UGA the juggernaut it has become. If the defense is struggling Bobo's offense can keep up with an O like Ole Miss. But ideally his O is a cog in the machine that strangles the will from opponents. I wish people would just accept how great a fit Bobo is for UGA, and his valuable contributions to what UGA football has become, and cut him some slack when the O isn't scoring a TD on every drive.

All of that…plus he’s not a young guy or hired gun that will always be looking for his next job. That kind of continuity is something special.

It is now obvious Beck was the problem last season and a lack of a real TB and WR.

I have major issues with Cash Jones usage.

I also think he needs to do a better job of some of the setup plays being at least a bit competitive. First series, there were two quick throws to YACariah with zero blockers in place. There’s nothing competitive about calling those so Texas wasn’t worried about that play in the future.

I also think he gets too conservative at times. Wanna run the ball? Cool, how about we don’t run it right up the gut every time?

I’m nitpicking, I know. But there are still some bad habits in place and those bad habits can bite you in the arse in a close ballgame. Overall, he’s FAR exceeded my expectations this season.
