For a while I thought it was sheer ineptitude and losing culture
Then I thought we built the football stadium on an Indian burial ground
At this point it has to be the most in depth mafia controlled gambling operation of all time to somehow cover, lead late, and then blow it. Nobody is actually this good at being terrible late game
