The last update on the case is from September 9th. A judge ruled the lawsuit has enough merit to proceed and they need a medical review panel to review the medical information. The next court date is supposed to be sometime this month. Will LSU try to settle the Greg Brooks lawsuit now instead of going to trial in order to use it as the “for cause” to get out of the Kelly contract?

I don't know, but the fact that LSU is shackled to lawyers for the foreseeable future is hilarious.

Good thing we have a law school. Pump them out.

LSU better hope some of them will pick up some cases for their alma mater pro bono, because LSU is about to be broke after paying Greg Brooks, Brian Kelly, and the army of lawyers.
