I would find a young coach and pay him 3 million a year with bonus offers. I wouldn’t give a shite what my fanbase thought.
All of this coaches demanding Saban money but can’t do Saban shite. There is not a 4 million dollar coach in college football today.

At this point, is $3 mil the going rate. Seems “cheap” is $5 million now.

Pay the coach that much and if Venables gets fired pay him a decent chunk of change to be the DC/head sign stealer.
