He did a lot with less at TCU, he’s a defensive guru and he knows how to hire an OC. He’s 60 years old but Saban didn’t retire till his 70’s.

Desperate times call for desperate measures

He was a big name a few years back. TCU peaked in 2023. Since then, was beat by Coach Prime’s Colorado. Haven’t heard them in any CFP talk since then. Might be able to get him cheap too. Did he sign a big extension after the natty year?

You will be severely disappointed
No way UF spends the money to get Kiffin

They will go cheap as always with Chadwell, Lea, or Lashlee

I just have a funny feeling Jimbo will be named the next head coach at Florida

Stricklin will claim he is a national championship winning coach that did it in the state of Florida

Will Stricklin give him a fake natty trophy with no date on it?

He hasn't been at TCU since 2021. He's been an analyst at Texas and Baylor since then.

It will likely be Golesh at USF...makes the most sense. We would all love Kiffin, but the cost would be insane so prob not happening.

Hey it may not be a splash hire like Lane but very, very sure he is better than Billy. Just needs to hire a good staff.

I am curious who are the top couple of choices if Kiffin doesn't happen. I have only heard Lincoln Riley wasn't vetted but they looked at like 9 coaches.

Why frick no to to Washington's coach? Alumni and title winner.

What title?

A. Overall losing record as an HC
B. He’s hated in Washington already
C. He literally jumps from job to job (like lane supposedly does)
D. Buyout too high for what he offers as a HC

Those are a few reasons why I wouldn’t want him

Doesn’t matter what I think about him anyway, but the ones in charge of this coaching search are not considering him at all and apparently there’s a notion that he will “never” be the coach of UF under any circumstances
