Just could not connect with? I have over 250 clients but only one that just has issues..

She says i dont explain clearly and i think she doesnt listen..my last convo got a bit contentious because i dont like being told i didnt say what i know i said.

I had to apologize to her to smooth things over even though i know i told her the very things she doesn't think i said.

She is the only problem client i have..

Say it in writing and keep forwarding it to her until she understands the message.

Go for the up sell.

Problems are opportunities to sell more.

Yes!! That's the general manager, Mr. Ulysses O. Hisses.

Nice Irish gentleman (with quite the temper).

I quit selling used cars a long time ago. Now I'm in the golf cart leasing business.

Do people take better care of them than they do their rental cars?

To answer this you need to ask yourself if you hate to lose more than you love to win and the other way around. There isn't a wrong answer. Then, you will know which of the following best suits you:
A: Charge her more/tell her of an imminent price increase/offer more services as politely as you can. Your time is all that you have. She should be taxed if she is unfairly using your time. (LTW)
B: Delegate this to someone else that you think she might work better with and share the commission (HTL)
C: Swallow your pride and carry on. (HTL)

I would start by changing how you address her in emails. When you start with Dear Mrs. McCuntyfrickface, why are you so damn dumb, it tends to put the person receiving the email in a bad mood.

Sounds like it's time to fire a client.
Why waste all the time, effort, and aggravation on 1 if you have 249 others who aren't a royal PITA?

Find something about her that you can associate with. I looked at the side of an engineer’s file cabinet and read that he was world class cricket player.

I was staying in Chicago anyway and spent the weekend helping him with a Cricket Tournament. Monday morning instead of leaving for Green Bay, he called for us to cancel our trip and sit with him.

Get out of the box and get creative.

Every sales person has....that os when you give them to another person you work with you think they will that you are friends with...most places would have that sales split.

We had it drilled into our heads at one company to basically rip arse and "hold people accountable" at every turn, to the point of hopefully making them cry, or something

so one of my guys out of product I needed and I went by the book of the company line. He was a southern man, and older than me, and he told my little arse in no uncertain terms that sometimes product is not available, and that also, IT WILL HAPPEN AGAIN, and so in a NICE way, he told me to shut the frick up and live with it

so I did, and later I apologized to him, and I learned to quietly flip our company philosophy the bird
