Over the past 2 years against Power 4 teams, Cash Jones is averaging 1.1 YPC (15 carries for 17 yards). Take out his 15 yard run against Clemson last year, and it’s 14 carries for 2 yards (0.14 YPC). That’s who Kirby/Bobo decided to use on 4th and 1 against Alabama tonight.

It’s a Jake Fromm leaked text reference. I’m into some deep shite over here.

I know ha ha. Even Jake knew you never go broke taking a profit. Kirbs and Boso still haven't figured that out

Move Dillon Bell to running back if we’re not gonna throw to him anymore. He’s a really good athlete. Frazier’s fumble was the difference in the game… if Bowens and Bell can just hold onto the ball, they might be alright.

I believe that Bowens can be a Gurley or Chubb type back. Just needs more touches. McCray is one huge MF.

Chubb, he is slower but reminds me of Chubb. Gurley was more dynamic, only Hershel compares to him for us, big and fast.

Bowens is averaging 5.9 yards per carry.

He gets yards after contact.

Where were the talking points about playing the player who gives you the best chance to be successful?

That’s what I’m saying. Bowens and McCray are big physical backs that get yards and crash through the line.
Play them. Kirby has to stop with this upper classman loyalty bs.

Somebody set up a search party for Roderick Robinson, don’t think I’ve seen him on the field.

He would have outran the defender to the edge for a TD if he had just a piece of a block from the Oline.

It ain't just upper classman loyalty. He plays too many running backs. Eight different players had a rushing stat. I couldn't find any other team in the country with that many.

Maybe it's not a great idea to go uptempo in that spot when you're relying on a true freshman playing in his third career game to make the key block.

Our rotation at running back and receiver is nauseating. We need to feed the hot hands and keep the best guys on the field.
