McCray got a few mop-up snaps against Marshall but zero in the last one. I hope it’s not a case of the bitch fits. Robinson dressed out in the last but saw no action.

I worry these Uber high rated TBs have been overused in HS.

I think it was Robinson dad had a very negative tweet last week during the Austin Peay game. Where he said a RB that weighs 240 plus and you don’t use him in that situation. Commenting on the play calls before halftime. If coaching staff saw that it might be awhile before we see his son get meaningful touches.

Yeah, there was under 20 seconds on the clock. You have to throw.

I hope the coaches are making actual football-based decisions rather than social media-based decisions.

Bowens and Phillips progression could have simply passed them by. I know in Fall camp reports were saying temper expectations on McCray.

Absolutely. Not only that, but you do not punish a kid for something his dad or other family member does.

What is the "kids" attitude in practice and in the locker room?

Agreed just not a good look when your kid is fighting for playing time and dad feels the need to post that

Thought McCray did what we brought him in to do on those 3 carries …. Falls forward for yardage

Which is the question that should be asked. It should only be based on how hard the kid works, his attitude and the ability of the kid. can he get better? can he help the team win?
