Long game but it is very obvious so far. Baylor does not have the same level of athlete.
ETA And Baylor is allegedly one of if not the top team in the Texas conference.

This is what other conferences dont get. Auburn has been terrible and yet they are talent across the board. Besides like 6 programs outside the SEC, its just not close

We're basing the SEC talent is superior on an Auburn Baylor game?
I mean, I agree. I do think the overall talent is higher in the SEC than anywhere else, and I hate the SEC. But I don't believe Baylor is a good barometer for it. In the NIL game Baylor is behind Texas, A&M, Tech, SMU, and UH for sure, and probably behind TCU as well. And that's just inside the state. Aranda is going to have to outevaluate, out develop, out scheme, and out luck the rest of the Big 12 simply to be competitive.
Meanwhile Auburn goes out and spends a Brinks truck worth of money on the portal this off season. They should be more talented than Baylor, that's for sure. Mississippi State should be about as talented, if not more so.
