Auburn beat #1 Georgia and then #1 Alabama late in 2017

Despite being humiliated against Georgia in the SEC title game, then having to watch their two rivals they beat play for the national title because they couldn’t hang adding insult to injury, is being ranked number 2 going into the SEC title game good enough for a national title claim?

That was a classic Malzahn hot as frick stretch when they beat UGA and Bama at home like they did. He ran Johnson into the ground though
