Jimbo is right. He's had success everywhere he's gone. The problem is the level of success. Just a winning record doesn't cut it at big time college programs. Playing for and winning titles is the measuring stick for success at these types of programs. Ask Ryan Day, until he won it this past year, his a$$ was square on the hot seat with an 85% winning % at Ohio St. Just winning isn't enough, Jimbo.

I don't know what's going on at 8&4 but there's zero reason they shouldn't be winning national titles. They have the resources, the recruiting base and everything a program needs to be champions. Something is going on behind the scenes keeping them from it. My guess is meddling boosters, the same thing that kept Alabama from winning more titles than they had, until Saban showed up.
