Off season topic.
I'm mainly thinking football, but you can include opinions on other sports if you want.
Which school(s) do you see reigning the power over there as the years progress? Who dominates?

Arizona State’s got a 35 year old rising superstar at the helm. As long as they keep him they can continue to make playoff appearances.

Never count out Kansas State

Texas tech has those 2 billionaires backing them. Of all the big 12 teams they seem to have the best NIL path forward.
Matter fact I’d be willing to bet they make a CFP before a&m.

Tex tech is spending money in portal. Zona st is returning most of the oline and qb. I think byu will stay near the top. Utah I’m wait and see on. They seem very unenthusiastic about being in the 12. And whittingham doesnt have a lot of years left. Could see their fanbase lose interest and money. Similar to wvu.

they should continue to be a national power and contend with Kansas as the class of that conference in basketball.
They just made the CWS, and it's likely they remain in the mix going forward.
If they would commit to football, the league is wide open- no Oklahoma or Texas to overcome.

Was that the reason for Texas and Okahoma bolt to the SEC?

AZ Athletics just fired the AD a year ago for running a 200 million plus deficit.
They hired a guy that has never one anything, anywhere for Football and FIfita lost his security blanket WR to the NFL. They will be complete garbage in Football. Basketball will again be good, as always but lose in the tournament.
Baseball has a good manager but the Big 12 travel schedule absolutely sucks for them. PAC 12 was a much better fit.
The Athletic Department is a complete mess at the moment.

I am a huge fan of his, but we will see how he does this year without his stud, hammerhead running back.
