I've got siblings who moved to Austin (video game industry, not school). They ended up being radicalized into communists. This isn't a joke or exaggeration.

We don't have to worry about our RB's murdering someone at least.

Is this the 1940’s where the free world is still fighting the evil commies? Try to keep up. Those people have so little power that they shouldn’t even be on your radar. The real enemy is the 1% worlds most wealthy who want to take your retirement and subsidize their own portfolios and hide behind “free trade.”

Austin is unique in that it’s a huge metropolitan area with a highly diversified economy and yet manages to still be a college sports-town.

LOL Austin is not a college sports-town.
Up until it became legal for Texas to buy their team in 2023, the professional soccer team was the biggest in the city.
