Hi everyone hope you’re doing good. Don’t start a lot of threads but been here a long time. So figured I would pick your brains. Do any of you use any kind of AI Virtual Assistant at work or home to help keep you motivated or productive? I am a regional manager for an HVAC/R and cooking equipment service company and am over 3 branches. Trying to start the new year off right to take a hold of my days. Juggling the needs and different tasks for each branch gets to be difficult at times and truly want to shake things up and try a different approach in 2025. Any advice or recommendations would be appreciated and of course wrong and sarcastic comments are appreciated as well. Thanks for everyone.

Best method that’s worked for me is a large white board marker in my home office and listing to-dos on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. I don’t list plans for more than a quarter on the board and it resets a week before quarter end. Works a lot better than anything else even with all the fancy calendar and other apps.
ETA: Asked around and was suggested Monday.com, Gusto and Rotacloud. So check those out.

I'm not the best with this, but start simple. Talk to siri to create lists and send reminders to you. Tell her when, and even WHERE to remind you of things and use the voice functionality to make quick lists.

Not exactly AI but have you tried Slack or Monday? Very good tool for managing projects and keeping things straight. We use it for our clients as well.

Chatbots like gpt and Gemini aren't great as personal assistants bc of their limited memory. Infinite memory models are getting closer to release tho and will be far better.
Also AI Agents are hitting the market this year. I suggest studying up on them bc they're going to be game changers for businesses like yours. They're assistants that will be able to do almost all your admin work for you.
