That's your quite incorrect opinion. But... Texas Brisket is really good. Just not as good as Commissary ribs. No question about it. But it's still very very good.

I eat chili over rice a lot, but I still use the beans.
beans+rice is all the essential amino acids, I think any legume/grain combo is.
I eat beans and rice a lot by itself, shoot.
