Obviously we never have to see milroe.again thank god. Also this may force some changes in regards to staff that may not have happened if we make it. It's hard to argue that any changes need be made if we make playoff. Missing playoffs plus two bad losses are tough to argue.

I am waiting to see how it effects recruiting and potential portal transfers.

While the effort to put a silver lining on a dark cloud is appreciated, missing the playoffs is never a good thing

Not completely sure it will affect transfers. Those who leave were prolly going to anyway.
Now recruiting? Time for the GM to earn his money

If CKD doesn’t willingly make staff changes it will be telling.

Agree and how the portal is handled during the offseason. Plus who declares for the draft

Sheridan is a maybe but I doubt it,
Wommack isn’t going anywhere.
Several others aren’t leaving.
I could see us getting a new d line coach.
All subject to change based on other teams off season coaching hires

I agree. Its time to truly turn page from Saban as sad as it may be. Need new blood, learn from this year

Sheridan gets more if a pass than Kane to me. He repeatedly ran 3 man fronts while being gashed and made no adjustments. The Vanderbilt game was inexcusable.

Maybe.
I’m not stating this from a fan perspective. Just trying to logically determine.
Sheridan prolly gets a pass until we see him with a different qb

Think we'll be disappointed in seeing no changes to the DC/OC staff.

KD seems like a very patient/loyal person. So he will roll with his guys and his players.

Do see an exodus leaving in the portal though.

What staff changes? Sheridan had a limited playbook with an inconsistent QB.

Womack needs to look at the 3 man front he ran against OK and learn from it. That being said, the defense was solid in terms of points.

If anything, this should be a catalyst to hit the portal and get guys that fit KDB’s style. The locker room has been a mess and he inherited it at its worst.

I don’t know what to tell you.
If there are zero staff changes during the offseason, it means your staff sucks.
