What is it about Tebow
That I can't stand

It's the fact that he thinks his encouragement and approval is needed at every possible moment of the game and probably even in practice. It's the arrogant assumption that no one can do it or it won't be done right if he doesn't somehow get involved in the situation. When he does it so over-the-top like he does, it's an in your face attempt to take away another's autonomy and one's own motivation. It's saying, "I don't think you can do it unless I tell you to do it." If I were a defender on Florida's team, I would tell him to go sit his arse down.

I probably need to clarify a statement above. I say attempt to take away autonomy...I may be wrong about that. He probably doesn't realize that is what he is doing. I think he's probably blind to how annoying it is truthfully. He is a good kid trying to do the right thing. He is just all up in peoples boundaries and no one likes that even if it is coming from Superman.

For the most part, the kid is humble but in this regard his lack of humility is unbelievably huge. If he tries to do that kind of stuff in the NFL, he will get blasted. He will get humbled really quick. And if he keeps it up, people will eventually just tune him out.

He is only annoying to the people whose arse he is beating or some jealous geek. His teammates def respond to him. 2 championships and one heisman in 3 yrs. Kids a winner and nitpicking about perceived little faults is like talking about the supermodel's one tiny mole when you have an ugly wife.
