(50 year white guy that wears Jordon’s and likes rap. Also wear cowboy boots and like country music too. Both kind of kicks are cool with me depending on my mood.

I just can’t imagine being like this )

I can’t imagine wearing Magellan shirts to church, cargo shorts, On Clouds or Crocs, and LSU shirts on non game days but I see it everyday. To each his own.

(saw him play at the Thomas Assembly Center(La Tech bball gymnasium) in ‘95. One of the fraternities brought him in. Supposedly it only cost around $1000, a hotel room, and a bottle of whiskey to get him to play. He did a whole show for what I remember.)

I was there for that one. Don’t remember much, but I was present.
Northlake Christian in Covington. No pedo priest there.
I give 10% of take home back in some form to church or charity. Sometimes a need in the community comes up and I help with that, or a friend loses a job and I help, and I give some to missions and my church. Sometimes I give more if something comes up but I have always been blessed with more money whenever I give. It somehow always comes back to me.

I have an older dishwasher at 48 yrs old but still looks good after a couple cosmetic upgrades. Likes to be loaded hard if she is feeling good. Talks way too much.
The S & P index one. Those target date funds suck. Withe the S & P index you will ne well diversified among stocks and mirror the benchmark for the US stock market. You don’t want bonds at your age
Not dated but banged some black and asian chicks
If your wife’s comes from a good family, that is usually how it works. My wife comes from a broken family too, so mostly spent with mine.
That’s a 150-175k project. Make some money and save until you can afford it and pay cash

They are product salesmen, not really money managers. Nothing wrong with that but you can buy a bunch of mutual funds in a cookie cutter 60/40 allocation and underperform for free instead of overpaying a Jones broker. Hire an RIA instead.
One of the hottest women I ever had was a liberal gal. She was dating a liberal dude and we were friends and hooked up occasionally when we would get too many drinks in us. Super smart, beautiful, mom was beautiful, great personality, a real gem. She was about to break up with him anyway. I think we would have really dated but I’m a conservative country boy and she was a limousine liberal whose mom was super active in politics. She is married now with kids and very active in liberal politics and married to a liberal lawyer. Still hot in her 40’s.
I can’t figure out why volatility even matters if you get a better total return over time. The inability to handle volatility is just the inability to control your emotions.

Rebalancing is selling the good stuff to buy more under performers. Sometimes that may be necessary but shouldn’t be automatic, in my opinion.
( Yes we do want deflation jackass or do you want to pay out the arse for groceries.)

Not a jackass, just know how economics work. You won’t have the money or a job to pay for cheaper groceries in a deflationary cycle. I’m not trying to teach Econ 101 today, just trying to help you understand how inflation works.
Inflation was 9% two years ago at this time and is 3.5% now. That doesn’t mean prices come down, that would be deflation and you don’t want that. Just means rate of them going up isn’t nearly what it was. You won’t see a price decrease except maybe on commodities. Historically inflation has averaged 2.9% but that is just an abg as you have periods of high inflation or times like the 2010’s of very low (1.5-2%) inflation. I work for one of the country’s largest pension managers so we track this all the time and inflation is getting closer to a healthy rate but you aren’t going to be able to buy things cheaper or feel any better economically without a wage increase. Typically wage increases rise after a period of high inflation and we have seen that to, just not enough.
