I’m not surprised. I doubt the best players want to take a chance on getting hurt.

This is a good change. Coaches HATED being selected. More work for no pay.

This is a good call. The AAA Clinic as a whole has gotten horrible.
Most football guys go to ArFCA instead.

Well, an end to a tradition. My father played in the state all star game. I played, and my son played. I understand what and why they are doing it, but it is still disappointing. Especially for the small school kids that never get to play in true "big" games.

I agree with that. It used to be a really big deal but by the early 2000's most of the best players were avoiding the game.
Hate it for the kids that look forward to it but I also see why they did it.
