His pain is now been noticed by Stevie Wonder.... I mean, wow.

THe dude is in such pain, I am not sure he will hang around regardless of our season. He has to be tough to be handling what he has.

I wish the man no harm, and actually want his success. But I definitely respect his fortitude.

I have knee surgery 8 weeks ago, and was supposedly going to be an easy recovery. It hasn't, I am weak. lol

It would be the Arkansas way just as we’re getting consistent with offense & defense with really good coordinators, bright future, etc.. the head coach that brought them together have to step down because of health problems.

I had a hip replacement February 1st. Takes about 6 months before things settle in. But your are up and walking pretty quick.
I suspect he'll have replacement in mid January.

A hip replacement is much easier to deal with than a knee replacement. I had my hip replacement recently, went home the next day and didn’t require any rehab visits. The knee ligaments have to be stretched back to original length, not so with the hip. He’d be walking around fine within a month if he uses the right doctor with the right procedure.

Bowen-Hefley clinic in Little Rock is outstanding, Dr Hefley did mine in case Sam is reading this…haha.

Btw, you aren’t weak, everyone I’ve talked to who has had that done, and there’s plenty of people, have said the rehab visits were extremely painful.

I’m not so sure about Bowen-Hefley. They screwed my knee up from a simple ACL replacement. Went in to have it replaced and woke up and they didn’t replace it. Said it was only torn 40% so they just cleaned it up and left it. Went to a Dr at Arkansas Ortho after a couple of months and said he had never heard of that before. June of last summer I had a Dr at Mississippi sports medicine (my brother works for them) go in and replaced my ACL and PCL. He couldn’t believe I had been walking around with it like that. Granted it’s been 15 years since the 1st attempt by Bowen/Hefley to fix it. I know of another person that Bowen/Hefley botched their hip surgery. You couldn’t pay me to go back to those people. I know anything can happen with a surgery, but I’ve heard a lot of negative things about Bowen/Hefley. Of course Sam will get the best from the best.

He did a great job with mine, no problems at all. But we hear bad stories about all of them at one time or another.
