I remember running back Bubba Bean and linebacker Ed Simonini
And that QB who ran a 9.4 100 yards, which would translate to a 10.4 100 meters basically.

I can't name any when I was a little kid. I was a longhorn fan. And then I matured.

Corey Pullig was our QB during my early teen years and him and Bucky Richardson are the first two names that always pop up in my head.

Bucky Richardson and Corey Pullig were the QB's when I was at A&M. Golden years. I got to see the hit in person ...

Gene Stallings was the coach when I was a little kid (10)

That’s when I was there. Bubba and Ed were/are legends. I think the QB you’re thinking about was Mike Moseley? He was a burner. I think his natural race was the high hurdles. He played some wide receiver in the NFL.

Gene Stallings was the coach when my dad went there.

Yes, that's him.
He may have come a few years after Bean and Simonini
In my college years, A&M linebacker Batiste was the man to hate.

When I was in school, Hog basketball was outstanding. Eddie Sutton and the triplets: Moncrief, Delf, and Brewer. Sidney Moncrief is my 2nd favorite BB player.
