What a dumbass, but the D-Coordinator set him straight with the media with a nice little smack.
I would NEVER give Tebow reason to prove he can throw on me. He's going to abuse that corner, and i wouldn't be surprised if it's very early on they pick on him to embarrass his arse.

He's got a point though. There's a reason why they're ranked highly on offense and are 63rd in total defense. Their team is highly unbalanced with the majority of there elite atheletes on offense-but they can get away with that in the Big XII.

Didn't Tebow make a comment saying he wishes he could have played against more Big 12 defenses or some such thing ?
I'm sure the OU staff wishes this guy hadn't said this,but he didn't say Tebow sucked. He did finish 3rd in the Heisman,coincidentally behing 2 Bg 12 guys.

During its broadcast of the SEC Championship Game, CBS play-by-play announcer Verne Lundquist discussed a conversation he had with Tebow regarding the quarterback's Heisman ballot. According to Lundquist's account, Tebow said he would consider voting for one of the Big 12 quarterbacks, then the quarterback smiled and said, "But I'd really like to throw against some of those defenses in the Big 12."
Tebow later told reporters he never said Big 12 defenses were inferior to those in the SEC. That hasn't stopped Franks from using that perceived slight as motivation.

IMO,this just ain't that big of a deal.When I first saw this yesterday,I thought the Franks guy had called Tebow a fig or something.
