It won't be once BHO and Company kill the offshore oil industry.

One of the absolute best energy opportunities is for wind and hydro energy from the huge constallation of offshore oil platforms. If the O&G industry and the state and businessmen could show imagination, this could be the utlimate bonanza to compliement fossil fuel extratction.

If Knowshon is on the board, take Moreno. He is a far better back than Bennie.
We had the number one class last year, and will have a top five this year. Right now, there are 100 plus kids on our radar and they are the best of the best around the SE and SW. Chances are LSU, BAMA, Auburn, TN, GA, and Florida will have good recruting seasons most years.
I bought 5,000 shares at .99. Big risk, but possible huge gain.

Knowshan if on the board should be our pick - not Wells.
Tubby will be the next Cane's coach as early as next year after Shannen and the Canes underwhelm. Super Agent already working on this.

On your choices I like GE and AA. If you want to gamble, try BoA, Citi and Ford. Distressed(at very low prices) companies that have a shot at surviving and propsering if you are willing to hold on for 3 years. I bought GE,BoA, Etrade, Ford, Cisco, Citi, and AIG at rediculus prices and have more than doubled my money so far. You might want to wait for several days of the market retreating and launch.

Playing short term movements in the market is great. Congratulations, you timed, literally, the largest percentage move in 80 years. I still think you're an idiot for suggesting that C will be worth anything in 5 years. It is a baseless claim at best.

So if I'm an idiot for believing that Citi will be something in 5 years, what am I regarding GE,BoA,Ford....?

a believe most people skull dragged you for infering these are $40 stocks.

Again for someone who was claiming at the time this was a 5 year investment, you are sure excited to brag about short term results.

Please continue like every other poster (by every other I mean NO ONE) and specify the exact number of shares you bought.... it makes you look cool.

Also you failed to mention in this post you sold out some of those positions already... sometimes it is hard to keep a story straight. Good luck to you.

Man, you are on target and correct on most points. From my view, some of these these high risk stocks had potential to get to $40,$30,$20.. in 5 years - I still think that is true for some. I sold about 1/3 and got my money out and left 2/3's in to play on house money. I also put some in on Dow Chemical and Cisco with more modest returns. The point of my argument was to indicate that I thought the US economy would eventually come back which was / is counter to many pessimists on this board. I paid about $1 for Citi, $6.5 for GE, $.99 for AIG, $2.75 for Ford, $4 for BoA, $1 Etrade, and $16 Cisco.

I bought 10,000 shares of Citi at $1.08 - an admitted high risk about one and 1/2 month ago. Most of you on this board skull dragged for this. I also bought a ton of Ford, BoA, AIG, GE and suggested ya'll make the bets also on the belief that these companies would survive and that the economy would improve greatly in 3 years. Actually the market is moving ahead much faster faster than I thought.
Since we are talking uniforms, I think that we have become much more yellow vs. gold. Secondly, the shiny pants offer much more visual pop like the GB Packers who have the shiny pants. The LSU on the helmuts are way to large, need to be condensed and lowered with either LSU & the Tiger eye as the new logo or just the LSU. If you want to be old school, just put the numbers on the helmuts like it was in the 50's 60's and to the 70's. Bama never changed their helmuts nor did SC, TX, OSU, OU, Ga,............. We fricked up the traditional helmuts with the oversized LSU and the lame tiger face.

re: Munchie

QB is what Munchie will play -- not WR / DB. We need, at least one QB in every class. He might be the one for this year.
Trade down or get Moreno who is a better running back than Beanie Wells. We need a stud RB.
Large caps trading at very low prices is the best way to go in this market.

re: Downtown BR Condo

Having a vibrant downtown with jobs, homes, and entertainment is essential to not be a non descript small city. Greenville, SC., Austin, TX, Ashville, NC., Roanoke, VA,............ all have life in the inner city. BR desperately needs for downtown to become cool and jumping.

Wake up and smell the coffee. Saban is a magna cum laude dick.

Right on target. We upgraded our entire defensive staff significantly. He didn't make the cut.

re: Chris Wells=Deuce

Wells has NOT proven that he is tough, can catch a pass, block, or has the heart and guts to run over people. Moreno >>>> Wells.
