This is my field... there is absolutely nothing wrong with working to offer underrepresented persons an opportunity to interview, but when you prioritize gender and ethnicity above merit and proven ability, it goes bad quickly. Although the number of women and minorities with A&P certificates, or pilot's licenses, happen to be somewhat limited, there is a hard truth. Skin color and gender are not factors in being a competent mechanic or being an idiot.
It doesn't matter if you are working standard maintenance or an Airworthiness Directive, the paperwork always remains. In our field, you will succede or fail predominantly on your merit.

Same airline who had security guards beat the living shite out of a doctor (who had patients to see the next day) for refusing to give up his seat to United airline dead headers
seems like United Airlines pulled some stunt two years later to rebrand that particular location of their own flights as "United Express" to distance themselves from the fact that they will hire thugs to beat the frick out of you if you don't kowtow

The left and right understand that trump tried to overthrow a fair election. No matter what you’ve been taught you tried to hang the vice president in order to achieve it. Is that your definition of free speech?

You've yet to say a single thing in this thread that is actually true.
Here is what is true.
Democrats want to get rid of free speech and use censorship to keep people from knowing the truth. They've been exposed censoring Americans over and over.
They want to take away the right for American's to defend themselves.
They import criminals from other countries and ship them around the country at the same time.
Illegal aliens will most likely receive more money from the federal government than the citizens affected by the hurricane. Ukraine obviously will.
Starting wars and spreading death and destruction around the world. Literally doing their best to provoke Russia into WWIII.
Meanwhile, you can't even begin to talk about an actual issues. But you are allowed to vote and that is why democracy fricking sucks.
If 51% of the population voted to jump off a bridge, your dumbass would be 1st in line.
Although really, democrats don't even get to vote anymore, and when they do it doesn't even matter because the DNC will just pick whoever they want anyway. They cheated Bernie Sanders and forced Clinton in 2016, they pulled Biden out of his basement in 2020 and they forced Kamala on you to prevent the democrats from voting for RFK Jr.
