There were probably some pretty good viewership numbers put-up in the process as well.

I would imagine that Disney/ABC/ESPN is making bank on us so-far.

We have dominating nationwide coverage and no real competition for nationwide viewership at the moment.

I don't understand why Sanky blocked ...

SEC doesn't want to be seen taking sides in politics. That is smart, their customers are everyone

Yeah, I can't understand why putting someone with two recent assassination attempts on open, flat ground in the middle of a bowl full of 101,000 people would be a bad idea either.

Meanwhile, CBS is broadcasting USC vs Wisconsin. Big Noon on Fox is giving the football world Minnesota vs Michigan that reminded everyone of circa 1955.

This. I don’t want politicians using our games for political ops. I don’t want to see their faces in cfb. frick that regardless of who it is but especially when they’re not alums or well known fans prior to a big game opportunity.
