With all the qb talk he hasn't got much attention. He got benched for kite in the 2nd half last week. Does he stay at corner or does he have to move back to nickel? He struggled last week but we don't have a lot of options there

He didn’t get benched. He has a lingering injury so they gave him limited reps at nickel/dime

Injury was the official word, but the defense improved immediately when he came off the field. It was hard to watch him get picked on in the first half. Hopefully he was just playing injured and struggling, but I worry that he just isn’t going to be able to hack it on the outside

Kite was low key terrible too. I think he ends up getting passed up by one of the younger players. Just need to roll with Lee, Anthony and Crawford at CB and leave Scott in the slot. He''s one of he best in the country there.

Safety play is a big area of concern.

We’ve been spoiled with a pretty high level of corner play over the past ten years or so. Almost feels like we were due for a dip there. The safeties looked rough too, but maybe that’s for a different conversation.

When you best DB is Roberto Duran, yeah you might say we have some issues.

Sorry bad joke, Roberto Duran, whose nickname was "manos de piedra" or hands of stone.

I knew he had an injury but i didn't realize he was still struggling with it. That position more than any not named qb has been my biggest concern.

I heard the injury issue too........then he returned punts???

Champ didnt he play corner before we moved him to nickel, or was it safety?

Didnt "sticky fingers (I jest)" Hart play fairly well. Except for that play where the ole sticky fingers werent so sticky?
