Who all went to the game?

Any difference in the stadium experience this season for better or worse? Did they bring back the Macarena or the shell game where the crowd guesses which Big Mac Uga is hiding behind? That was always intellectually stimulating.

Yes I went. Was a bit distracted as I took my 3 year old to his first game so I didn't pay attention to the extraneous stuff that I usually try to note at the first home game. I'll be more locked in for Auburn.
One thing I did notice was the lower level south side concrouse had a shitton more options for drinks. Granted it's because there was a beer cooler every 20 feet but they sold waters too. 2 years ago prior to the concourse widening they had a bunch of concession stands including the grab and go kind which were amazing; you could get a Chic fil a sandwich and a drink, pay quickly, and be back in your seat within minutes. Last year after widening the concourse all that was removed and nothing took it's place so it was basically just a huge cavernous hallway. If you wanted any food or drink you had to practically go all the way to the reed plaza area. On saturday there were at least quick options to get hydration if needed although I didn' see any food choices. Not a big gripe at all just an observation.

No Macarena that I saw, but we did dip out early. Breda Pest Management shell game is still a thing on the video screen. We weren’t in our regular seats, long story as to why, but I was really pleasantly surprised at how smoothly beer sales went. Tons of carts, short lines, etc.

Rig can I use you as a proxy for pics again on the Texas trip? I refuse to download an app and for some reason imgur doesn't allow you to use their internet site from a phone, you must use an app or nothing. Which is bullshite.

One good thing about the imgur app is you can take a pic directly from the app instead of having to take a pic, then upload.

Already voiced my opinion on doing away with cups and ice anywhere but the main concessions which also caused corridors to be slammed (dangerous) during halftime and (dangerous) a number of heat exhaustions.
Also led to warm drinks as they didn’t have cold drinks on standby by to refill coolers.
If you wanted ice or a cup from our season ticket section, you needed to walk past 4 vendor setups that used to have both and stand in a long line at a food vendor.
All perfectly timed with a ticket price increase.

I don't know if the university realizes how fortunate it is that we didn't have a home game Week 1. That Saturday was hotter and shittier than balls!

I saw deeprig9 at a tailgate a few years ago. He throws a football just like Lamar throws a javelin. Everyone at the tailgate was appalled and it was pathetic.

On a related subject, sucks we are playing Auburn on homecoming. I usually try to go. Tix are like 250 on stubhub. We have played KY or Vandy every year since the 90's for homecoming but the new scheduling jacked that up. I wish we could have scheduled Miss st. for homecoming.
