huhm, I might be tripping, but I am for sure that LSU was wanting Coach O too and wanted him so badly you guys were licking your chops. Now your lickin your balls now that you didn't get him. Just shut up and accept that Tennessee is going to have the best staff in the nation and the staff is going to turn into the best team in the nation and SEC. LSU fans are so Jealous and greedy that they need to shut up. Tennessee fans haven't been bragging, but all I have heard is LSU fans whineing and crying. Happy New Year fellows and congrats on your bowl win!!!

With an unproven head coach in the toughest conference. I still say that was the bad hire by Tennessee. 5-15 as a head coach. Two years with a 25% win percentage as head coach. Raiders did not start inning games untl after he was fired. I think he was way overhyped as head coach. The hires are going to be crucial for Tennessee to have success. I would not be surprised to see Kiffin out after 3 years.

Some fans wanted him. I didn't because he is way overated on the performance of his DL's with the Saints and Ole Miss. Payton of the Saints indicated he was not happy with the play of O's DL with the Time Picauyne today. Secondly, he will be disruptive to the other coaches making a lot less, and thirdly, he is a drunk and publically known as a wife beater - a lot of Mommas out there in the recruiting trail will not appreciate O's history of laying his knuckles on his bride.

Just an opinion but I don't see UT winning the SEC East in the next three years.

it was a good hire for Tennessee. I wish that our admin would have stepped up to the plate and matched the UT offer. Our loss.
