SEC Rankings after Week 1

1. Georgia
2. Ole Miss
3. Texas
4. Alabama
5. Tennessee
6. Missouri
Top 6 are all playoff contenders, time will sort them out
7. Oklahoma (Middling SEC team this year)
7. Auburn (likely a top-half team)
9. Kentucky (always middle of the pack)
10. Vanderbilt (ranked too high but respect their win)
11. LSU (ranked too low but respect their courage for playing a real game)
11. Texas A&M (same as above -w- LSU)
13. Arkansas (Week 1 fool's gold)
14. Mississippi State (12-16 is their comfort zone)
15. Florida (turrible, turrible, turrible)
16. South Carolina (Runt of the litter)

I really think 2-7 are all about the same. Not enough info to separate. They are all “could be playoff teams” at this point.
