i guess state fans are fashionable enough to put a box of tide and some tp on their head.

Come on man. I don't think it's the place of any State fan to try and run down a Gump.

I mean Starkville is in the backwoods of Tuscaloosa.

While I agree that a Tide box and TP aren't exactly Prada, I'd much rather fashion a homemade costume than a object used to call livestock.

i rather hear a cowbell instead of sweet home alabama overplayed. it is funny how you guys love a song played by a band from gator country.

Not much crimson in the crowd. Did the Gumps come in yet on their Jed Clampet trucks yet?

Not sure and I've been surprised, so far, at the lack of crimson. Last year OSU fans were everywhere.

Maybe the Bama fans are locked up in the hotels, intriged by this "cable tv" stuff, running water, and A/C?

I hear ya, when I hear "Sweet Home Alabama" i instantly think of Florida.

For good or bad Skynard is identified with that Alabama and their most famous song. Hell, a lot of people think they were from Alabama.
