Was looking forward to it this year as I even improved my "work" from last year on Ribs.
Sadly I got a full weekend planned. Lake Oconee at a friends place tomorrow then going to the mountains with the family for the rest of the weekend and wont be by my Big Green Egg.
Looking forward to seeing the entries though.
Side note I did a reverse sear on a Striplings Tri-Tip the other day. I know Tri-Tip is cheaper and people knock it. But if you do a slow cook to 115 internal temp (Seasoned well and well trimmed) then get your BGE to 500-600 reverse sear for 3 minutes each side. Can feed several people for 30 bucks.

I’ll bring the gallows but they’re symbolic in nature and by no means constructed for actual use….even though Rig is probably pretty skinny from eating oven baked ribs with sauces usually reserved for Chinese food.
