Currently showing the Texas vs Alabama game from 2023. That September win against Alabama, said more about where Texas was, than where Alabama was. Bama fan base was not ready for this new power!

It was the passing of the torch from the old power to the new power in the SEC. A shot across the bow to the REC from Texas alums.

All they have except for a bunch of rings in Olympic sports that no one cares about.

And yet both teams finished with the same record with each winning their conference and losing in the playoffs.
