I see some of you still don't understand the transfer portal and how it works.
I will say I'm mildly surprised he chose Arkansas simply because he was projected as a top 5 pick last year and under Cal went to not even being considered draftable. But, he should be improved this season.
The only other option mentioned was usc, and I never thought he would seriously consider a west coast team. He would never be on TV at all.
What took so long for him to commit was they had to wait on Jerry to double his NIL money as he has promised for any future Kentucky kids.

DJ Wagner a great pick up. He started over and made future lottery picks Rob Dillingham and Reed Sheppard ride the bench while he missed layups and dribbled off his feet.

From what I understand we were scraping the bottom of the barrel when our AD went to talk to cal for advice on who we should look at. If he hadn’t popped the question while he was leaving it would be sad singing and slow walking around here.
At the time what transpired made 2 fanbases happy. I’m good with staying there.
