Two wins by two different Bama golfers this year? Not bad at all.

And had to stare down Sheffler to get it done. I think that could be the kind of win he needs to get kick-started. Now he gets his fanny in some of these elevated events and gets some of the ranking points and money that the HAVES enjoy on the PGA tour.

Scheffler may need some time to get back in the swing of things. He has more important matters these days

He’s the same age as Scheffler, Colin Morikawa, Will Zalatoris, Sam Burns, etc.

They all had highly decorated amateur careers. He was on a similar talent level as those guys, but hadn’t broken through yet as a professional. I expect bigger things from him going forward. He’s only 27, and his best golf is probably in front of him.
