The rule is pretty clearly written, and the catcher clearly had his foot on the plate without the ball.

What exactly are we arguing about? LSU fans are mad because the umps got a call correct about a rule you people didn’t know existed.

He clearly didn't touch the plate or move in front of it until he had the ball.

What is also clear is that the batter was backpedaling out of the box mid-delivery, before the ball left the pitcher's hand. It should have been strike 3 at that point.
