It’s kinda hard to keep doubling when you’re the 3rd largest state. Florida has had absolute frantic growth in recent years. It’s basically the same size as 8 Alabama’s put together.

Do you think it’s much different than southern Alabama? Florida got AC the same time the rest of the South did…. And AC became prevalent in the 1940s and 1950s.

Florida also had surpassed Alabama in population by the late 1940s….. roughly a decade before Auburn won its first national Title and roughly 15 years before Bama claimed their first.

AC isn’t the problem.
Population isn’t the problem.

It wasn’t in the 1950s and it certainly hasn’t been the issue the last 15 years.
