Or it could mean one relatively short time period and no championships outside that window. Which in this case it does.

Florida football

1906-1990 (85 years): zero championships of any sort

1991-2008 (18 years): 8 SEC titles and 3 national titles

2009-2023 (15 years): zero championships of any sort

The time period since their last SEC title is quickly nearing the same length of time that they won all their titles.
