Yeah, it's hard to tell because many people can get it and not have any symptoms at all. So if the shot had any effect on the severity is impossible to know. Without the shot, it's basically a coin flip just to have any symptoms at all, and then for the other 50% it's a matter of severity.

I caught it twice from my kids and barely had any symptoms other than beer not tasting right and a little weak. Pureblood.
