Here's what happened.

The kid took visits, everyone offered him "market value." Insiders say it was around $500k.

The kid's handler then started asking for more, some have said as much as $1.5 mil.

Both LSU and Texas said they weren't paying that, according to insiders for both teams, both jumped out around the same time.

Not really sure what happened at Mizzou, then the kid committed to OU. That's what all of this is in response to.

So you got out bid.

If you just want to say you think someone else overpaid, that's fine. But that's not what he said. He tried to claim he wasn't interested in someone if they just wanted the highest bidder on a guy he made bids for. That's bullshite.

They declined to "bid" once the player came back asking for more.

That pretty much backs up his statement.

They were originally interested in the player, it became clear that he wanted an obscene amount of money, they backed out and said they weren't interested in players who are just looking for "a big bag."

Texas also backed out for the same reason at the same time, according to their insiders.
