I agree with you. Overpaying is bad. Why was it good when you did it for BB? Maybe he will get your defense in the top 20 in a few years, but does that mean he should be the highest paid coach out there?

Paying a coach that kind of money is obviously different. I'm not sure why you are having so much trouble grasping that.
