A coaching pool of money and a player pool of money are not the same. No player is looking at the DC and complaining that they aren't getting paid the same amount. Hell the school pays the DC directly while the player has to get paid by outside sources. This is a dumb hill you are trying to die on.

Money is money baw. I'm not talking about locker room concerns. I'm talking $$$, and you guys obviously have it for coaches, so why not players? I'm sure these "pools" of money are pretty easy to transfer and move around.
