If Arkansas has all this money and these big time boosters then why haven't they done anything until now? Arkansas football and basketball have been languishing for quite awhile.

I'm pretty sure they done spent money on football but when the AD has hired shitty coaches that have shitty seasons then it becomes a money pit.
