Yeah this is not true at all. I can understand why Georgia fans are defending their team because we would all do the same, but this is not correct at all. Hitters do not want pitchers using substances on the ball.

We can argue about the % of teams that are cheating, which is probably fairly high. Although I would think it is more sporadic than regular.

I mean I just posted direct evidence to the contrary.

Mike Trout and Bryce Harper literally go on record saying they prefer pitchers to use sticky stuff, and that it’s an issue that other hitters are split on.

I’m not really sure what you’re trying to argue. Are you saying Mike Trout is lying and he doesn’t actually mean it?
