Possible won’t be an SEC or any conference in football for the blue chip schools. Title 9 and the right to negotiate your worth will be upheld by the courts.

Ross Dellenger says schools may be on hook for $20-30 mil. I laughed when I heard that. Was this from the same people being sued? Is this their idea of controlling the narrative ? I think so.

Reality is no one knows how much. How could they. I continue to ponder where is the money going to come from? As popular as Michigan, Ohio St , Alabama, ND etc, are, the typical NFL fan who is not into college ball does not care and does not watch on regular basis.

How would you get more Non college watching NFL fans to watch?

You create a 32 team College Football League where investment groups buy into the new league to own a part of the Michigan or Alabama team. A percentage of ownership would remain within each schools big money donor class and others willing to buy stock.

New league sells it tv rights, merchandising rights etc and splits evenly.

Setup exactly like NFL with several requirements of Employment.
No free agency for xx years.
Anything goes after xx years
Must remain in school and making progress toward degree.
Must graduate within 4 years. Employment contract for 4 years with option for grad school
School provides same benefits as NFL.
No more recruiting. A week long draft every year with all the hoopla the NFL does now.

Games played in prime time on Saturday and Saturday night just like current NFL.

I’m getting long winded so I’ll stop. Sure many of you are clapping

So yes, there won’t be football as we know it in 8 years
