Nashville Hotel Boom Can't Keep up WIth Demand

Nashville Full Bookings Exceed National Average by 300%

About 10 minutes of the google machine indicates that many people in the hospitality industry in Nashville are well aware of the constraints a lack of hotel rooms and sagging construction of hotel rooms represent. Anyone who has booked a room in Nashville in the last 10 years is well aware of the costs of a hotel in Nashville, the highest on average of any city in the US. Its the 6th highest according to USA Today and the highest according to TripAdviser and Conde Naste. Even at the 6th highest it is far higher than Atlanta and it is a problem for tourism in Nashville...according to the entirety of the Nashville tourist industry, not just me.

The first article is 10 years old. The second article is 5 years old, and the next two talk about how Nashville's hotels are "surging". Since your second article was written, Nashville added over 90 hotels.

Dude, you're just wrong.
