That’s not how NIL works and the NCAA/universities will have to revise their policies on pay-for-play with student athletes. Essentially they would become employees of the universities.

Outside of that, bowl games, scholarships, the NCAA - none of it can regulate NIL or compensation from NIL for on-field performance.
