I was OK with TAMU back then, still am.
As TAMU was in the old SIAA, it was like getting the band back together.
For those opposed to any expansion I hear you but the SEC had lost Sewanee, Tulane, and Bumbles so the precedence for expansion was there and if the B1G needed to enter other parts of the country guess that forced the SEC's hand.
